We are thrilled with the progress and overwhelming success of Cloud 9. We are undergoing the fastest growth in the history of the company. While we have a lot of people to thank for that success, we are most thankful for you, our customers. We have been and will continue to work tirelessly on the transition to HTML5 for you. The trust you have placed in us to run your practice means the world to us.
When we set out to change the world of practice management software in 2009, we had no idea what an impact we would have on so many lives. From customers and their valued team members to our employees and their families; all of them rely on us to keep this ship moving forward. Setting out to change the world has had an impact (directly or indirectly) on thousands of people. That is what we are proud of, most of all.
In this irrational world that we live in today, outrage is often an all too common response of not being perfect. We see it all around us, and it’s best not to mention the shameful societal examples so common these days. We’ll be the first to proclaim that Cloud 9 isn’t perfect. However, hearing you voice your concerns makes us better at what we do, and we appreciate your candid expressions. No one wants Cloud 9 to be so perfect more than we do. We spend virtually every hour of every day working hard to make it better. We’ll never stop working for our customers, we’ll never give up on our employees, and we’ll never stop believing we can make your world a little better. We hope that you find comfort in our mission to never quit.
Take some time for yourself this holiday season. We hope you’ll reflect on what you have accomplished and everything (and everyone) that means the world to you. Take some time to reflect on your faith. Take some time to reflect on your family. And finally, take some time to reflect on the things in life that truly matter. We’ll do our best to do the same.
