Special Announcement
Cloud 9 Support and Service will be temporarily unavailable on Fridays, from 2 pm – 3 pm EST for department-wide training sessions.
Holidays Observed in the Support Center
In order to give our support team some R&R, our support department is closed for the following holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- Memorial Day
- July 4th (July 5, 2021, in observance of the holiday)
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
In addition we will also have special hours the following days:
- Day after Thanksgiving – Closed
- Christmas Eve – Closed
- New Year’s Eve – Hours will be 8:00am – 3:00pm EST
