Special Announcement

Cloud 9 Support and Service will be temporarily unavailable on Fridays, from 2 pm – 3 pm EST for department-wide training sessions.

Holidays Observed in the Support Center

In order to give our support team some R&R, our support department is closed for the following holidays:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • July 4th (July 5, 2021, in observance of the holiday)
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

In addition we will also have special hours the following days:

  • Day after Thanksgiving – Closed
  • Christmas Eve – Closed
  • New Year’s Eve – Hours will be 8:00am – 3:00pm EST
